Research Participation Requested

Dear Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Scholars Freshmen,

My name is Robert Kaufman and I am a senior in the Health Science Scholars program.

For the past few months, I have been working on a collaborative research project with the University of Maryland School of Public Health evaluating a variety of educational messages regarding the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.  As part of our research, we have designed a short survey to help us understand these messages further.

The survey below will take 10-15 minutes to complete and is completely voluntary and anonymous. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Those who complete the survey can opt-into a lottery, where multiple winners will receive a $25 amazon gift card!

In addition to the gift cards, benefits include the potential of creating a healthier, more knowledgeable population.
